Stamford, Connecticut: Fast-growing TV production mecca

NBC Sports will move from New York to Stamford, a state official said late last week, joining the "Maury" show, "Jerry Springer Show," "Steve Wilkos Show," NBC Universal-owned Versus and the WWE headquarters. The state has been trying to lure film and television productions to Stamford, 35 miles north of New York City, with tax breaks. "This is a real city," Segalla added. "There's diversity here."
