I'll admit that I don't stay on top of the news constantly ... but, I'll swear that I've heard more about this guy since his death than I ever noticed while he was alive.
      • hahah 6 mths ago
We never truly appreciate genius' till their no longer making our lives easier. Look at Tesla, or Volta, or the guy who invented Anesthetic.

Has this gone Far enough ? It's getting wierd...Everyday another story and now this....
I do not want to Bash the dead...BUT
I am not going to idolize this guy , and not on a daily basis as Yahoo seems to do.........he had alot of crap in his life that wasn't all that great.
      • P S 6 mths ago
I noticed that, too! What is the deal with Yahoo! and Jobs?????
      • Hammy T. 6 mths ago
It's not just Yahoo, CNN is doing it also.
      • dr 6 mths ago
maybe you don't have the intellect to understand the greatness of Jobs.

This story is complete and total bulls**t. I went to three parties all over Atlanta this past weekend and one earlier tonight and I did not see one single Jobs "costume," either indoors or out on the street. There were TONS of Halloween partiers on Peachtree, too. Almost every day this week there has been a Steve Jobs non-story. Why? Who is behind it?

Is it just me or isn't this a bit morbid?
      • Livefreeordie 6 mths ago
It is morbid. The guy just died a few weeks ago. HIs family is still grieving over him and yet you have lame people who do this. Tacky, tacky, tacky.
      • Julian 6 mths ago
awesome. Better than when people dresed up as Steve irwin.
      • Loretta 6 mths ago
Just hope they don't stink like his friends said he did when they visited him before he died. He wasn't bathing or changing his clothes. What a bad way to be in before you die with all that money. I guess he didn't won't his money to get wet.
    • iversam  •  6 mths ago
The Osama bin Laden costumes I've been seeing are FAR better..
    • Anonymous  •  Dallas, United States  •  6 mths ago
The costume is a fail if you're not carrying an Apple product.
      • Anonymous 6 mths ago
        Or....would it be completely hilarious?
    • Mike  •  6 mths ago
Sorry but that is lame. with all do respect to SJ, dressing up as him for Halloween is so dumb
    • PoppyA  •  Los Angeles, United States  •  6 mths ago
dressing as Steve Jobs is not a tribute but a dumb, uncreative, lazy way to go. And some people think that's cute. HA!
      • A. G. 6 mths ago
Show us your achievements then we can talk
      • breweyez 6 mths ago
hey idiot from ecuador.....go away....and take as many illegals as you can with you
      • Angryflower1 6 mths ago
Breweyez you're so immature with no class. No wonder Americans are dumb!
    • Gary James Minter  •  Washington, United States  •  6 mths ago
Once upon a time, ages ago it seems, I went to our Roanoke Neighborhood Alliance Halloween Party dressed as Dr. Frank N. Furter...this year I would like to go as the late "brother leader" of Libya Colonel Moammar Ghaddafi (Muammar Qaddafi)...just need a bullet in the brain!

(editor's note: To be honest, despite the fact that Qaddafi was a tyrant and killed many people, it's still sad to see any human being (or animal, for that matter) treated with cruelty and disrespect by a mob of hooligans, even if they are rebel "freedom fighters":

How is this a costume...i wear a black shirt, blue jeans, and glasses all the time and i didnt hit the news...
    • JSneezewell  •  6 mths ago
Yeah.wow..so, when is the campaign for sainthood going to start? This is just asinine. How did this guy get to such a place his every thought and inclination is sanctified? He's deserving of credit for his accomplishments..but come on, folks!
    • Julian  •  6 mths ago
Amy Winehouse is a MUCH BETTER costume. She carries a bottle of alcohol instead !
    • Apophis  •  Towson, United States  •  6 mths ago
But to really do it right you'd have to curse everybody within sight for their appalling inferiority only then would you be Steve.
    • C  •  Kalamazoo, United States  •  6 mths ago
What a boring costume! Unless they're going as Zombie Steve Jobs... then it's kind of tasteless but at least requires a little more effort.
    • Tony  •  6 mths ago
      People are such losers
    • J.R.  •  New Albany, United States  •  6 mths ago
      This is sad...
    • William  •  6 mths ago
Jesus Christ this is morbid. Dressing up as someone who died not even a month ago?? #$%$ is wrong with you people!?
    • Pepe  •  La Mirada, United States  •  6 mths ago
Did not see this one coming! lol people with no respect...
    • Gator  •  Ocala, United States  •  6 mths ago
Get real ... you must be suffering from B12 deficiency ... this crap looks nothing like Jobs. Bored fools.
    • Nern  •  Hammond, United States  •  6 mths ago
My friend dressed up as Zombie Steve Jobs. At least that was a bit original.
