Picture 3How effective is it to supplicate a public servant from your bended knee? That's what New Orleans CBS affiliate WWL set out to find in a follow-up report with Elmer Rogers -- the Louisiana shrimper who dropped to his knees at a town hall meeting this week to beg Ken Feinberg to hurry and process his claim for compensation from BP.
When the station caught up with Rogers outside of the Gulf Coast Claims Facility in Gretna, La., the shrimper reported that he had once again been turned away without a penny.
"I'm gone, I'm done," Rogers said in the parking lot outside the GCCF office. "Next month, I'll be living under the bridge. The next time y'all see me, you might be putting me under the bridge, that's where you're going to be filming me at."Read More »from Feinberg follows up on promise to kneeling Louisiana shrimper
