Robots can be kind of mean
The engineers at Cornell University's Creative Machines Lab wanted to know what a conversation between two "chatbots" would be like. So they hooked up "Cleverbot" to itself and the following, somewhat testy, exchange took place:
The engineers are entering the chatbot into a $100,000 contest. The prize will be awarded to the first program that can carry on a conversation that is indistinguishable from human chatter, according to IEEE. (Via Business Insider)
