Mad Dash: Steelers play volleyball with medicine ball

If you're wondering how NFL players kick back during intense offseason workouts, Steelers linebacker James Harrison has an answer for you: Medicine ball volleyball. Harrison and three teammates took a video of themselves chucking a massive medicine ball over a volleyball net in a sort of modified version of the game (for people who are insanely strong). Sure, they're not batting the ball around like a normal volleyball, but we think that's more than made up for by the distance they hurl the ball they're using. Have you ever tried to throw a medicine ball a few feet? Imagine winging the thing 20 feet over a high net. Truly impressive, and a little terrifying.

Seahawks defensive lineman Michael Bennett is now teammates with Jimmy Graham, but he's still not impressed with the guy he once called one of the softest players in the league. In fact, he stands by his original statement, despite now having to suit up in the same locker room. Bennett told a Seattle radio station he hasn't changed his mind about Graham, and he thinks that's fine, only suggesting that it might need to be cleared up to some degree. It sounds like Seattle head coach Pete Carroll is going to have some conflict mediation in his future.
