Don’t worry folks, Rob Gronkowski is still as Gronk as ever

Rob Gronkowski is still carefree, and maybe even more so these days, he said.

Appearing at a book signing for "Growing Up Gronk," the New England Patriots tight end deftly avoided questions about Aaron Hernandez ("I've I got no reaction at all") and how his back feels after surgery ("I've got no reaction about that right now either") but managed to give a clue that his back is feeling much better – which would be a great sign for the New England offense.

"I can tell you this, I'm in great spirits and I'm enjoying life a lot more, I can tell you that right there," Gronkowski said in a video from NFL.com.

Let's let this sink in for a moment ... enjoying life a lot more? My word, how is that possible? You'd figure that the shirtless dancing and adult stars and anything else associated with the "Yo soy fiesta" life would have been the pinnacle.

And to show that he's still as Gronktacular as ever, at the end of the press conference he offered a punchline when asked if he thought there was a problem with players getting in trouble off the field.

"Ask Roger Goodell," Gronkowski said. "You've got to ask Roger, he's been in the business for a while now so he'll know from when he started to where he is now. ... Roger that."

Don't change, Rob.
