The Band Perry Recall Their First Visit to Yahoo Music

Not too long ago, a little unknown country trio called the Band Perry visited Yahoo HQ, where they played a lunchtime concert on our patio and we plied them with purple swag. Now, only three years later, they're one of the biggest acts in country music, touring with Rascal Flatts and playing the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas alongside huge acts like Avril Lavigne and Miley Cyrus.

Backstage at the iHeart fest on Saturday, September 20, Yahoo Music caught up with these old friends and marveled at just how far they've come. We also grilled Kimberly Perry for information on those rumors that she was in the running to be an "American Idol" judge a few months ago. Check out our fun chat with the Perrys in the video above!
