Sara Evans Discusses Making of New Track With The Fray's Isaac Slade

The country star exclusively shares her experience recording with Isaac Slade

Sara Evans's new album, "Slow Me Down," is notable for many good reasons -- not the least of which being her selection of duet partners for several of the set's songs. The country star can be heard here matching her pipes with Gavin DeGraw, Vince Gill, and Isaac Slade of the Fray.

In this exclusive clip, Evans details what it was like to work with Fray frontman Slade on the tune "Can't Stop Loving You."

"I've always loved the Fray," Evans explains. "I'm just madly in love with their music, and Isaac Slade's voice." Check out how the studio session went, above!

Evans compares the song to Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now" in that it has a progressing sense of passion; and, like that tune, she's predicting her duet with Slade will also be a huge crossover hit. What do you think?

Evans released "Slow Me Down" on March 11 and has been receiving rave reviews for her genre-bending choices on the album. We've got a full interview, plus some stunning performances from the singer, here on Ram Country!
