Inside Danny Bonaduce’s Newly Listed Townhouse

"It's gorgeous and surprisingly affordable," gushes the merry tipster who sent us the listing for Danny Bonaduce's Philly townhouse. "Who knew that [he] had such great taste?"

As it often tends to go with child stars, ol' Bonaduce has had some up-down-luck in the real estate game.

According to Trulia, he bought the four-story, 2,360-square-foot Old City loft for $399K in 2009 and is looking to unload it for $475K now that his syndicated radio gig was canceled.

Bonaduce has fallen victim more than once to "changes in format" in his radio career. Bonaduce was part of The Adam Carolla Show in 2007 and a year later was given a daily one-hour solo spot known as Broadcasting Bonaduce, which was broadcast locally on the L.A.-based KLSX station. In February 2009, the station changed its format from talk to Top 40, and Broadcasting Bonaduce was axed.

He began hosting the morning drive time on WYSP in 2008 where he remained until the announcement that 94WYSP would go off the air, being replaced by Sports Talk 610WIP. His last broadcast was August 26, 2011.

The space, with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, caught the attention of DIY Network, which filmed the kitchen renovation for one of last year's episodes of Kitchen Impossible.

Meanwhile, his Los Angeles Spanish Villa continues to languish on the market, most recently listed for $4.2M in April 2008 and now asking a lowly $3.5M. The curse of the Danny Bonaduce debauchery, perhaps?
