San Francisco Casting For ‘Hemingway & Gellhorn’ To Begin

SAN FRANCISCO (CBSSF) — Filming begins February 28th for 'Hemingway & Gellhorn', an HBO film about the brief marriage between World War II correspondent, Martha Gellhorn and Ernest Hemmingway with Nicole Kidman and Clive Owen in the lead roles. Pier 80 in San Francisco has already been transformed into a filming set and extra casting is handled by Beau Bonneau Casting, according to 'On Location Vacations'.

They are seeking male and females extras to portray Spanish soldiers, residents, workers, press types that have been approved from photos by Bay Area based director, Philip Kaufman. Kaufman directed such movies as Rising Sun, The Unbearable Lightness of Being and The Right Stuff.
