A Slice of Billionaire’s Row Just Sold For $29.5M

Sally Kuchar

First listed in July of 2009 for completely obtainable and reasonable price of $39,500,000, 2950 Broadway sold for a mind-boggling $29,500,000. That's right, kiddies. Twenty nine million, five hundred thousand bucks.

Even at $10M off, it's still one of San Francisco's most expensive single-family home sales in our city's history. But that's the price you've got the pay to live on BIllionaire's Row, which features the majority of San Francisco's most expensive single-family homes that are currently for sale on the open market.

The house was designed in 1922 by San Francisco starchitect Fredrick H. Meyer, and is a 4-story, 6-bed, 5-full, and 2-half bath mega mansion that clocks in at a spacious 11,000-square-feet. The property has every highlight you could possibly imagine, but we think one of its most unique features is an outdoor pool that's plopped right in the middle of the lush and meticulously manicured garden. And yes, it's heated.

Congrats to the lucky buyer, and please, do invite us to your housewarming party.
