Three bear cubs escape a dumpster with some help

Here's a tip for anyone whose knowledge of bears comes exclusively from watching "Yogi Bear" reruns: Bears are dangerous. Fortunately, the folks in this video took precautions before helping a family of fearsome furballs escape a dumpster.

In the clip, a pickup truck backs up toward a dumpster. A brave soul in the bed of the truck drops a ladder into the dumpster. The truck pulls away and then, a moment later, out climb not one, not two, but three bear cubs.

Once free of the stinky confines, the family trots down the road, perhaps on the hunt for a pic-a-nic basket or two.
