10-year-old sculpts adorable “Lord of the Rings” clay figures; sells them via Etsy

What did you do to make money when you were in grade school? You probably sold lemonade, did chores for your parents, or watered plants for a kindly old neighbor. 10-year-old Paul, however, had other plans. A budding artisan, Paul decided to start making "Lord of the Rings" clay figurines and sell them via Etsy, where people can sell a wide variety of handmade and vintage items, from laptop cases to photo editing services that'll make you look like Nicolas Cage.

Paul's mom, Susan Blazek, runs his online shop that's appropriately called The Shire General Store. His 8-year-old brother, Caleb, helps him make the figurines. According to the young sculptor, he really likes "Lord of the Rings," and his father reads the books to him and his five brothers almost every night.

The Shire General Store originally had a lot of figurines for sale, including one carved in the likeness of Gandalf. Items are usually priced anywhere from $7 to $12, but stocks had been depleted as of this writing. Make sure to check the store again later!
