Good thing there's Tweet-a-Beer — a service that lets you send $5 to any of your pals on the micro-blogging site.
Tweet-a-Beer links your PayPal account with your Twitter account so you can send $5 to anyone using only their Twitter handle. After you link your accounts and send a friend his virtual beer, he will receive a tweet containing a link that he has to follow to claim the money.
