The Colombian rocker Juanes took the stage at the "Decade of Difference" concert at the Hollywood Bowl on Oct. 15 for a meaningful set. Juanes, a former heavy metal artist, grew up during the bloody reign of Pablo Escobar and was deeply affected by the violence around him. He put that pain and anger into his music and brought that emotion to his humanitarian efforts and his music.
