    Dancing traffic cop attracts applause at DNC

    CHARLOTTE--Who says directing traffic has to be boring? Several dancing police officers who are in charge of managing the snarl of traffic surrounding the Democratic National Convention have attracted applause from onlookers with their colorful approach.
