Fox News Channel re-ups with Karl Rove

Apparently Fox News has forgiven Karl Rove.

Some two months after Rove openly flayed the network on live television during the presidential election, Fox News has announced that Rove, former adviser to George W. Bush, has signed a multi-year deal to serve as a network contributor through the 2016 presidential election.

"Karl’s detailed knowledge of state and national politics, as well as fundraising and strategy, makes him an important player in our ongoing political coverage and we look forward to him continuing his analysis across all platforms for FOX News and FOX Business," Fox Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes said in a statement.

While appearing on the network on Election Night last November, Rove protested the network's decision to call Ohio for President Barack Obama, leading to some tense and awkward moments for the hosts.
