    Rick Santorum took a break from campaigning in Louisiana on Sunday for some batting practice.

    Santorum, who attended a Louisiana State-Mississippi State baseball game, smacked some balls in a cage underneath LSU's Alex Box Stadium. The former Pennsylvania senator was urged to "stay on top"—something no GOP candidate in the 2012 Republican race has been able to do.
