Secret Service scandal continues unfolding, Ted Nugent answers questions, plus more to watch for Thursday in politics

The big question in Washington is: What's next in the Secret Service brothel scandal?

Monday the agency said it had stripped 11 agents tied to the scandal of their "top secret" clearance and seized their official identification and firearms. Tuesday the White House said President Barack Obama still has confidence in director Mark Sullivan. Wednesday the agency announced two supervisors and one agent are leaving. What will Thursday bring?

On the political sideshow front, rocker Ted Nugent said he will meet with the Secret Service on Thursday to discuss comments he made about Obama at this past weekend's National Rifle Association convention.

"I will be as polite and supportive as I possibly can be, which will be thoroughly," Nugent told Glenn Beck on Wednesday.

Mitt Romney campaigns in Ohio where he is certain to rip into Obama's economic policies. Obama was in Ohio Wednesday, and he ripped into Romney's policies.

Obama will attend a fundraising roundtable discussion down the street from White House at The W Hotel, and Vice President Joe Biden will attend a fundraiser in Phoenix and a campaign event in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, GOP leaders from across the country are gathering in Scottsdale, Ariz., for a three-day meeting. Romney will speak to the group on Friday.

And then there is this: Obama welcomes the University of Alabama football team to the White House on Thursday to honor their BCS National Championship and to recognize efforts by the Crimson Tide to give back to their community.
