By The television crews are in place, protestors are gathering, people hoping to get into the Supreme Court building are lining up and interest groups pro and con — including the Obama and Romney campaigns — are ready with their reactions. It's the final day of the Supreme Court session, and the big decision yet to be announced is the ruling on the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare.

The other big story in Washington on Thursday is the House debate and vote on whether to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for failing to hand over documents related to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee's investigation of the Fast and Furious gunwalking operation. Unless there is a last-minute compromise, the vote will take place this afternoon.
Mitt Romney will begin a fundraising swing Thursday through Connecticut, New Jersey and New York. He's bound to stop and react to the Supreme Court decision during the day, although his position is likely to be what it has been no matter what the court says — President Barack Obama wasted time on a bad health care reform plan when he should have been focusing on the economy and jobs.
Also worth noting on Thursday: Obama visits wounded service members at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center; first lady Michelle Obama speaks at a fundraiser in Memphis; and Caroline Kennedy campaigns in New Hampshire for Obama.
And then there is this: While the House is trying to decide whether to hold Holder in contempt, he will be in Orlando, Fla., addressing the League of United Latin American Citizens.
