Usher, Larry David, Jessica Alba make plea for national service jobs

A panoply of celebrities from Usher to Jessica Alba want you to join the fight to create 1 million national service jobs and help stimulate the job market for young people.

"Sign the petition to create a million jobs, or I will come over there and slap you silly," says actor Larry David in a new video promoting a petition being circulated by the nonprofit Our Time, which focuses on young people's issues. The group hopes to deliver 1 million signatures in support of the creation of national service jobs to the presidential candidates by Election Day.

Nas, Rachel Zoe and Trey Songz are among those who talk about the difficulties young people face today in finding employment.
