At Trending Now, we love a good prank story, but we love a "do-good" prank story even more. Friends Roman, Dennis, and Chase are all part of the YouTube group Roman Atwood Pranks. They tricked their friend Joe into giving them the keys to his pizza and hot dog joint Wholly Joe's Chicago Eatery. They told him they needed to get in to retrieve a wallet that one had left behind the night before. Well, that's not why they wanted to get in. Their real plan was to make 30 pizzas for the homeless and then personally distribute them. The trio took hours to bake the pies, even losing a few to the floor, and then headed out to the streets and to a shelter where deserving Columbus residents enjoyed the hot treats. The group even handed out $5 bills to cover a drink to go along with the pizza. After making and giving out the pies, the crew left money at Joe's register to pay for the supplies with a note that read, "Thanks for feeding the homeless. Smile more." What a delicious act of kindness forRead More »from Pizza Prank Feeds Homeless of Ohio

As the popular "Game of Thrones" meme goes, winter is coming. In theNorthern Hemisphere, for some towns, that means a literally gloomy five to six months with no direct sunlight is on its way. But like one town before it, Rjukan, Norway, is adapting to the lack of light with a novel workaround — giant mirrors to reflect the sun into its town square. Viganella, Italy, began an experiment with mirror sunlight in 2006, setting up 430 square feet of giant mirrors on a hilltop that moved via robotic control along with the sun all day long. Like Viganella, Rjukan sits at the bottom of a deep valley, with the same sunlight problems. They used helicopters to install the mirrors recently and just tested the system last week. And voilà, the small town was suddenly alight with thousands of square feet of direct sunlight per day, much better than the permanent shadow that winter provided previously. That's one way to shed some light on a longtime problem.

Ahh, the hamburger. A mainstay of Americana, whether it is a simple bun and patty or dressed up with foie gras and gold leaf, the hamburgerhas a lot of fans. But we all probably have nothing on Harry Sperl, a.k.a. Hamburger Harry. For the past 23 years, Sperl has been collecting burger memorabilia the world over, mostly from flea markets and garage sales. In addition to knickknacks such as hamburger lamps, display cases, rugs, and posters, he has crafted his own hamburger waterbed and a hamburger motor trike, with pickle handlebars and ketchup shock absorbers. He has admittedly devoted his life to hamburgers. His house in Daytona Beach, Florida, is known as the world's only hamburger museum. Though Sperl is from Germany, he has always loved the American way of life and fell in love with burgers because they are such a quintessentially American food. Unfortunately, because of cholesterol problems, Sperl has had to cut down on his favorite food, but he still fits a burger in here andRead More »from This Man is Probably the Biggest Fan of Hamburgers in the World

Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of the most quoted actors of our time. From his hits like the "Terminator," "Predator," and of course "Kindergarten Cop," everyone knows at least one quote. But instead of reciting his well-known lines yourself, why not let Arnold do it for you? That's exactly what he set out to do on Reddit on Friday.
As a way to plug his upcoming flick, "Escape Plan," the former California governor asked Redditors which of his famous lines they would like him to perform. Once he got responses, he picked a few to record and then posted them on his YouTube page. Check them out here.
He selected these lines:
"Put that cookie down" from "Jingle All The Way"
"Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women" from "Conan the Barbarian"; "I hope you leave enough room for my fist" from "The Running Man"
"Get to the chopper!" from "Predator."
