  • Awkward family photos are enjoyable to look at any time of the year, but the Christmas-themed variety take the fruitcake. This year we are learning that awkward family photos are even funnier when a famous politician gets in on the game. Tony Blair released his Christmas card with his wife, Cherie. And now the only thing people are noticing about the greeting is Blair's strange forced smile. What the heck is he doing with his mouth? Guess who just couldn't help themselves upon seeing this awkward work of art? Yes, the Twitterverse. Tweets poured in mocking the former prime minister of England. Here are a few standout disses:

"The strange thing about Tony Blair's Christmas card is how the teeth seem to follow you round the room."

"I like how Tony Blair's Christmas card is really nice and definitely not terrifying/the stuff of nightmares."

  • Less than 24 hours after Disney and Lucasfilm released the first official trailer for "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens," one fan created and released his own Lego remake of it.

Star Wars fan Snooperking filmed a shot-for-shot Lego recreation of the 88-second teaser, which includes a helmetless Stormtrooper, a rolling droid, a mysterious Sith lord, and of course the Millennium Falcon.

"I had nothing to do yesterday, so I started once the trailer came out. So I built the Falcon, the X-wing, the speeder bike, a mini TIE fighter, tried to build all the sets and get all my mini-figures put together," Snooperking wrote, "Then just filming took forever, especially the special effects."

There have been over 2.4 million YouTube views of this Lego "Star Wars" trailer, and the fans love it, writing comments such as:

"I kind of like this Lego version better than the original trailer."
