'Saturday Night Live' #TBT: A Christmas Treat in a Box

It's Christmas, and with that comes tidings of comfort and joy, sleigh rides and eggnog, twinkling lights and mistletoe. And a d**k in a box. It's what every girl dreams of!

Saturday Night Live has a treasure trove of hilarious Christmas sketches, from classics like "Schweddy Balls" to John Malkovich scaring children with "'Twas the Night Before Christmas." But perhaps no sketch was funnier than Lonely Island's Digital Short from 2006.

SNL honcho Lorne Michaels reportedly asked Andy Samberg and the Lonely Island to come up with a song to showcase host Justin Timberlake's musical talent. The result was "D**k in a Box," an instant classic that went viral on the Internet.

In the video, Timberlake and Samberg are '80s-era R&B musicians, complete with cheap suits, gelled hair, and chain necklaces. They're presenting girlfriends Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph with gifts, but they vow they are "not going to get you a diamond ring, that sort of don't mean anything."

No fancy cars, or big houses either. Nope, these guys are giving their ladies something truly, uniquely special: their male body part, artfully gift wrapped in a box.

It's meant to be "something to show you that you are second to none," Timberlake and Samberg croon. Talk about being on the naughty list!
