Michelle Rhee's house in 16th Street Heights is on the market for what might actually be a reasonable price: $875,000.
Interestingly, when she bought it in 2007 it was listed for $939,000 but sold for $855,000 so she has some seriously good negotiating skills.
It is a classic foursquare built in 1913 and has five beds and 3.5 baths. Importantly, the public schools in the neighborhood are: Brightwood, MacFarland, and Roosevelt.
