BMW X5 M Sport launched at the Auto Expo 2016

BMW India, at the Auto Expo 2016, has launched the X5 xDrive 30d M Sport for a price tag of Rs 75.90 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). This is the new top-end variant in the standard X5 range with additional features and cosmetic upgrades.

The new X5 version gets the M Aerodynamic Package that aids performance and also makes the SUV look sportier. The other exterior changes includes three individual exterior colour options, M light alloy wheels, M-specific car key and tailpipes with gloss chrome finish. Inside, the SUV gets M leather steering wheel, heads up display, roofliner anthracite and comfort seats for the driver.

This version of the X5 gets the same 3.0-litre diesel engine option churning out 258bhp and 560Nm of torque. It has xDrive AWD and the eight-speed ZF gearbox, which gets this version from standstill to 100kmph in 6.9 seconds. The X5 competes with the Audi Q7 and the Volvo XC90 in the luxury SUV segment.
