Brazil's Rousseff extends lead with 98 percent of votes tallied

SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff widened her lead over opposition candidate Aecio Neves in a nearly complete count of votes in Sunday's runoff election, according to the country's electoral authority.
