Bridge closures planned in May
The Oregon Department of Transportation will close the New Youngs Bay Bridge and the Old Youngs Bay Bridge for nighttime road maintenance in early May.
The bridges on U.S. Highway 101 and Highway 101 Alternate connect Astoria to Warrenton.
The New Youngs Bay Bridge will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on May 6.
The Old Youngs Bay Bridge will be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. on May 8 and May 9.
