    Mike Linardi of Halcyon Coaching will host a one-day LIVE workshop – Prepare Yourself and Your Business for a Phenomenal 2012. The October 7, 2011 event is tailored to small business owners, CEOs, executives and managers looking to improve their professional effectiveness, work-life balance, and personal success in 2012.

    Mike Linardi, a professional certified business coach, will guide attendees through an engaging step-by-step process during the event. “My goal is to help participants break free of the day-to-day ‘struggling’ and ‘surviving’ and finally create a plan to raise their bar in their business, their income and their life,” states Linardi. “I want them to find more flexibility, more reward, and a higher sense of accomplishment at the end of a day.”

    Attendees completing the workshop will set goals for 2012, learn strategies to stay focused and increase accountability, evaluate the strengths and challenges of their status quo and identify a vision for the future, create a functional business plan for success, and develop three priority areas of focus for 2012.
