** Unilever (NYSE: UL - news) seen down 3 pct following weak Q3 sales as EM continues to slow.

** Nokia bounces 5.2 pct inching back towards the highest level in more than 3 years after beating estimates.

** Logitech seen up about 5 pct after beating Q2 estimates & reaffirming outlook. Stock continues to see high short-interest.

** Another short squeeze in Neste which also reports strong sales and lifts forecasts, stock up 8 pct.

** Tesco (Xetra: 852647 - news) shares down 7 pct as chairman departs, firm scraps outlook & finds larger than expected accounting hole. Stock wipes out 4 days of gains.
