Car crashes into Pensacola home; ends up ‘completely inside’

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating after a car ended up inside a home Monday morning.

According to a Facebook post, Escambia County Fire Rescue units responded to the 400 block of Lenox Parkway on Monday morning after receiving reports of a vehicle crashing into a building.

LOCATION:

Upon arrival, units found a two-door vehicle “completely inside a residence,” the post said.

“Escambia County EMS transported one patient to an area hospital,” the post said.

2 vehicle crash closes Alabama 104 in Baldwin County: ALEA

The situation was reportedly “under control” by 1:24 a.m., the post said.

FHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
