Cary Lee Peterson shares comments with United Nations Small Island States, a group of developing countries at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development including Member States of Micronesia and the West Indies on his plans for civil society group programs in 2014 on social affairs, sustainable energy, and development for agriculture and environment.
