How can a mother not report her missing child immediately?! What is the common sense behind? There will never be 100% scientific evidence or proof. We just need some common sense ...

What innocent person does not tell one single person in the whole 31 one days prior to her caylee being reported missing (by the grandmother) not casey!!! who makes up a nanny? who lies about having a job for two years? who goes out partying and gets a tatoo to memorialize her 'beautiful life' while her child is missing? circumstantial evidence and any person with any bsernse KNOWS those are not the actions of an innocent person.

This jury is on par with the simpson jury when it comes to common sense. THey had better things to do then ask questions when in doubt, like go on a cruise. What an ignorant, hasty group of people.

Even if the prosecution could not prove what killed Caylee, the fact she was missing for so many days and Casey never reported it and was out partying, would be enough reason to suspect her of causing the child's disappearance.

If Caylee "accidentally" drowned in the family why was grandma asking to see her? They lived with there right? And why all the lies? She killed her daughter and she'll have to pay for it someday. The mother did not like having a child as a burden then why did she have her daughter in the 1st place. and further more she is guilty she should have gotten the death sentence. What mother puts puts there child in there car and then worse duck tape a 2 yr olds mouth, what the f***. And to make it worse you lie about it, then cover it up by blackmailing your parents, I hope and pray the lord gives her to hell. This should have never passed as not guilty. We really need to look into our justice system, for Casey went free on speculation, nothing was proven, by the defense which make us to believe it was just more lies brought into a courtroom by the defense. No doctor to prove that Casey ever been rape and why should that matter in the first place. Rape give me a reason to commit murder on a child? Nobody testify that George held little Caylee while she was dieing or even dead in his arm, or even yelling at Casey. One seen George place the child in the woods. George knew how the to bury animal, and he also knew how to use a shovel. So why would he need to look up on the family computer of how to use a shovel, breaking someone neck, for I think being a police officer he would have known how to kill someone? Cindy was at work. There more evidence that prove with out a doubt that Caylee die inside the trunk of her mother car, the oder that wouldn't go away for two years, the jury who would only would explained thieir verdict if someone paid them money, for them to speak. This should have been a mistrial, and we should be looking into changing our ways, by picking jury that are retires lawyer, police officers, and judges. These people have exprerience in this field, and cannot benefit from a crime. I lestined to the jury to explain their verdict and it make no sense, to not punsih a person for a missing child. Is DCF in their life I hope so for one of their children could be missing and that is ok. Their our law to protect our children, and Casey went right by pass them all. Why, was it because she is young. maybe pretty or does money talk? Well another criminal go free, and our lives become more and dangerous for us to live. We spend more money on criminal, then we do on the victim. We care more about the criminal then we do the victim and their family.Everytime a criminal go free, take our freedom away from us. Our children can no longer go outside to play by themselves, we can't walk the street at night. We our being punsih over and over by these criminal, for our tax money goes to these criminals, everytime they need to be evaluated, everytime they enter into the courtroom, we are the supporting them for a crime that they committed. We give them chances over and over to commit the crime that they didn't get right in the first place. Os they becomming more of a criminal for they give each other lession in how to over come their crime that they committed. Don't pass your evaluation test, make sure you tell them that you have been abuse, and come from a poor family. Don't worry they never check to see if it true or not. This is a problem we feel sorry for the criminal, but let take a look at the victim. Did they come from a poor or broken up family, could the have pass evaluation test, are they committing crime, and do tlhey get to decide how they are going to die and when?. No the criminal decide how how your going to die and when and the rest aret excuses that criminal use to stop us from punsihing them. So what do we need to protect ourselves? Well, we can't rely on our justice systim, taking the law into your owe hand is wrong, but some would say it the only way? Well, it's not? We need to stop giving in to the criminals and make them pay for what they have dome. One way is change our way with our jury, the next is to put a criminal to death within three to five years. I know that putting a person to death is wrong to some people, but a victim never had a choice in how they die, what a criminal would use, and how much torturing that victim went through before the victem die. Think of little Caylee in that hot car laying a loundry bag, with tape over her mouth, and how scaire she must of felt before she die.

really her smile tells it all. i am once again disgusted by american justice. since both stories were assumptions of what could have happened, the jury should have stuck with the more probable and common sense one. ts amazing, how the real criminals here alsways get the red carpet treatment just because their attorneys know how to work the law and pull the wool over pples eyes. if u look at the big picture the child is dead, the mom duck taped her, threw her own baby in the trunk dead orr still alive who knows..drove around with ur dead child in the trunk of ur car ( i use my car several times a day) until the smell of decomposing could be detected then dicarded the body like garbage...and have a bella vita tattoo inked to celebrate the good life...yeah...and on top of all, the self righteous smile BEFORE the sentencing....something went awfully wrong here. the non common sense movement has now reached the jury benches and the courtrooms.

How can she sleep at night knowing that her little girl is gone and she is to blame? all she can do is sit there and smile, what is wrong with people that would let her off like that. How can you go a month not knowing that your child is missing or Dead like this poor little girl she has no idea why her mommy didnt love her enough to take care of her. there is so many people out there that would have loved to have this little girl and she decided to just take her little life.
