CBS Taps ‘Late Late Show’ Alum to Head Talent Booking

CBS has named Lisa Ammerman as VP of talent booking, the net announced Thursday.

In her newly created position, Ammerman, a former “Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson” producer and casting producer on “Survivor” and “The Amazing Race,” will develop customized and strategic publicity opportunities for talent utilizing CBS’ portfolio of entertainment, news and talk shows including James Corden’s upcoming “Late Late Show,” “The Late Show With David Letterman” (soon to be Stephen Colbert’s), “Entertainment Tonight,” “The Insider,” “CBS This Morning,” as well as other platforms.

Chris Ender, exec VP of communications for CBS Corp., commented, “Lisa comes to the position with a diverse producing background and outstanding relationships with artists and representatives in all areas. She will be an additional strategic resource for CBS programs, a company ambassador to the talent community and a facilitator for creating mutually beneficial booking packages for everyone.”

Ammerman, who will report to Ender, is a Peabody Award recipient for her work on Craig Ferguson’s “Late Late Show.”
