Moseley and Klindworth are joining a company that grew by leaps and bounds in 2011. Following are a few highlights from the past year:
- CentriLogic increased revenue 60% and grew EBITDA from 2010 to 2011
- CentriLogic nearly doubled the size of its client base in the past year, adding high-profile customers such as Bausch & Lomb, Xerox and Bayt
- The international data center operator, which already had data centers in Buffalo, Rochester, Toronto and Mississauga, announced the opening in December of a new 16,000-square-foot, multi-million dollar data center in downtown Toronto

Moseley brings over 25 years’ experience in finance, investment banking and business development to CentriLogic. He worked for RBC Daniels / Daniels & Associates for over 17 years as a Senior Managing Director, Group Head and also Board Director. In particular, Moseley was responsible for developing and managing Daniels data center services practice and completed many data center related financing and M&A advisory mandates.

Klindworth was one of the founding investors of ViaWest, which operates 16 enterprise-class data center facilities in five states, providing colocation and a comprehensive set of fully managed services to mid-size and enterprise-level businesses.
