CBS announced that the character - who was killed off on the season premiere - returns after Alan Harper (Jon Cyrer) suffers a minor heart attack and is visited by Harper's ghost in the hospital.

Bates, who is obviously female and almost 20 years older than Sheen - who is currently working on his own new show, "Anger Management" -- will appear on the April 30 episode of the CBS comedy.
