“You are not alone,” a voice eerily proclaims to the audience in the latest trailer for “Man of Steel: Fate of Your Planet.”
General Zod, a power-hungry general, demands that the citizens of Earth locate and return Superman. He makes his threats clear: “To Kal-El, I say this: Surrender within 24 hours, or watch this world suffer the consequences.”
The trailer features abundant visual effects and a dramatic music score as destruction descends on Earth.
Hollywood heartthrob Henry Cavill portrays the beloved superhero. For the role, Cavill undertook a dramatic body transformation to build his character’s legendary strong physique.
June marks the 75th anniversary of Superman, and the film is strategically set to release June 14, 2013.
