Chris Evans Is Happy With Captain America’s Civil War Team

Just last week we found out Iron Man and Captain America’s respective teams for ‘Captain America: Civil War’. And immediately comic fans noted that Tony Stark seemed to have the better choices.

Lining up alongside Robert Downey Jr.’s superhero, will be War Machine (Don Cheadle), The Vision (Paul Bettany), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson).

Meanwhile, Chris Evans’ Captain America only has Falcon (Anthony Mackie), Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), Sharon Carter (Emily Van Camp), and Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) on his roster.

But Chris Evans has insisted that he’s more than happy with his team, because after it was pointed out to him by MTV that Iron Man’s side was stronger and that Cap needed more depth, the actor responded, “Do we? Well, maybe you’ll have to see the movie to find out.”

Seems like Chris Evans is rather confident in his posse. In fact, after he was asked who his key team members were, Evans didn’t bat an eyelid before declaring, “Mackie and Seb. I’ll be in a foxhole with those two guys any day.”

Here’s the thing though: who does actually have the better ‘Civil War’ line-up? Well, if we’re being honest, it’s hard to look beyond Iron Man’s team. Not only does he have his own brute force, but The Vision, and War Machine can each fly, while Black Panther and Black Widow are extremely quick, strong, agile, and are just plain old deadly.

And while Captain America has a one person advantage and the sneaky, miniature-sized antics of Ant-Man to rely on, Falcon, Hawkeye and Sharon Carter are a bit light-weight in comparison to their rivals, while there’s simply no way he’ll be able to trust Winter Soldier.

Spider-Man’s (Tom Holland) involvement will be the key to victory though. While we don’t have that much longer to find out who will be victorious in their quarrel as ‘Captain America: Civil War’ is will be with us on May 6, 2016. Who am I kidding, it still feels like it’s years away.
