Ciara Files Lawsuit Against Ex-Fiance Future
Ciara has allegedly filed a $15 million lawsuit against her ex-fiance Future, suing him for ‘slander and libel’ after comments he made about her relationship with Russell Wilson and about her as a mother.
The two broke off their engagement in 2014 and have a son together, with Ciara allegedly claiming that she goes ‘out of her way’ to make sure Future sees him.

However, Future appears to take issue with their custody arrangements, recently tweeting: “He wrote: “This b**ch got control problems… I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture…the f**kery for 15k a month.”
According to TMZ, who have obtained a copy of Ciara’s lawsuit, she wants Future’s tweets deleted, and wants him blocked from saying anything about any private family matters involving their son in the future.
Ciara reportedly claims Future’s comments were made with malice.
A source has also told PEOPLE: “She just wants what’s best for her and her baby. She is a really great mom. Baby Future is attached to her and a super smart kid. She’s really patient and loving with him.”

Another insider previously denied claims that the singer was preventing Future from seeing their son, saying: “Ciara has said that Future uses the situation to promote his music by staying in the press using her name.
“[Future] is jealous she has moved on and is happy. He is unable to move on and co-parent in a healthy way. Future has told her he hopes she fails in everything she does and that’s just being evil.”
