The Houston family continues to pray for Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Stopping by WBLS’ "Midday's With Shaila" on Wednesday morning, Cissy Houston offered up an update on her 21-year-old granddaughter Bobbi Kristina’s status. Unfortunately, not much has changed.

"She’s the same," Houston said, confirming that Bobbi Kristina remains in a medically coma after being found unconscious face-down in a bathtub on Jan. 31. The daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown has been on a ventilator since shortly after arriving at North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Ga. She was later transferred to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.

While Houston admits that the family doesn't have "a great deal of hope" regarding Bobbi Kristina’s condition, she confirmed their recent decision to move her to a long-term rehabilitation facility so she can receive extended care while in the coma.

"I give it to God one time, because I know he’s able and I cannot change a thing," the 81-year-old gospel singer told host Shaila. "So, I’m asking everybody to just pray to the Lord who we know can do something."

While the family is hoping for the best, Houston confirmed they are preparing for the worst.

"If he works a miracle, thank God," Houston says. "If it happens the other way, I’m alright."
