    Clarification: Fort Hood Shooting story

    FORT HOOD, Texas (AP) — In a story Sept. 26, The Associated Press reported that the military justice system does not allow bail for defendants. The story should have added that there is procedure in which defendants can be released from jail pending trial but money is not involved.
