    Collins Proudly Announces New Web Design and Development Degree Programs

    Students who are interested in studying Web design and development can now do so at Collins College. Recently, the design school added new Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science degree programs in Web Design & Development.

    The new associate- and bachelor-level Web Design and Development degree programs at Collins College can help motivated students pursue an education in programming and interactivity while gaining valuable industry skills.     The Bachelor of Science in Web Design and Development program at Collins College offers training that fits the educational and career goals of its students. By learning design principles and programming techniques in industry-current facilities, graduates should be able to create, design and develop open source applications for Web distribution; create, evaluate and edit various elements of Web and mobile applications; and apply design principles to interfaces for diverse Internet media applications.

    Collins College is dedicated to developing each student’s strengths through its Web Design and Development degree programs. Some of the classes that students can take include Web Administration, Content Management Systems, and Markup Languages. The practical knowledge and technical skills that students develop through their coursework can help prepare them to pursue a variety of professional opportunities.
