America, brace for more fancy toast: Chicago chef Iliana Regan, of the Michelin-starred Elizabeth, has announced plans for a second concept, a casual restaurant serving toast, brioche doughnuts, and pierogi. The Chicago Tribune reports Regan's tentative menu will highlight brioche (with various toppings) in the mornings, then switch to pierogi during lunch. As of now, there's no set location or timeline.
