    Cloud-Based Transaction Platform Streamlines Cisco SMARTnet Service Sales for Distributor and Its Reseller Partners

To date, MaintenanceNet has automated quote created and delivered nearly $100 million in SMARTnet service quotes to Comstor’s reseller partners.

    The new Comstor Click site builds upon the distributor’s existing service sales platform and provides a fresh new interface along with a host of features to benefit Comstor and its reseller partners. Powered by MaintenanceNet’s Service360 service contract management technology, the platform tracks expiring service contracts; generates pre-qualified Cisco SMARTnet service quotes to automate renewals or order unattached services; and grants resellers visibility into relationships across contracts, assets, partners and end customers for improved communication and management.

    With Comstor Click, Cisco-authorized quotes can be generated in just a few minutes. The platform integrates seamlessly with Comstor’s own order processing system as well as Cisco’s ordering system to streamline sales and reduce transaction times. In addition, a built-in quote validation tool incorporates up-to-the-minute manufacturer pricing, along with profit margins and discount models, to further ensure quoting accuracy.
