Global cross-channel digital marketing leader ExactTarget (ET) announced today that former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, biographer Walter Isaacson and author Jim Collins will keynote its annual Connections conference Sept. 17-19 in Indianapolis.
Expected to attract more than 6,000 marketers, business leaders and software developers from around the world, the event will provide attendees actionable insights on how digital marketing is transforming business through email, mobile, Facebook, Twitter and the Web.

Keynote speakers announced today include:
- Jim Collins - author of New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Business Week best seller “Good to Great” and Business Week best seller “Built to Last” will deliver the opening keynote Sept. 17.
- Walter Isaacson - one of TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World in 2012 and award-winning author of biographies including “Steve Jobs” and “Benjamin Franklin: An American Life” will deliver the Day One closing address Sept. 17.
- Condoleezza Rice - former National Security Advisor and 66th U.S. Secretary of State will deliver the event’s closing keynote Sept. 19.
Building on the conference theme “Lead from Within,” Connections will explore how leadership fuels inspiration and innovation to improve communities and build brands. Featuring yet-to-be-announced authors, industry analysts and keynotes from ExactTarget executives, Connections offers nine unique content tracks and more than 50 breakout sessions, including dedicated sessions for business-to-business marketers and day-long workshops for beginners, experts and developers.
