    Condominium Concepts Management Announces the Opening of New Offices Serving South Florida

    The increased demand for services opens doors for Condominum Concepts Management on Brickell Avenue in Miami.

Lee Hodges, formerly with the Lynd Company, will spearhead the South Florida team leading the expansion of Condominium Concepts Management in Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Collier Counties.    

    According to Ms. Walker, Condominium Concepts Management has been active in South Florida for ten years.     “Lee brings more than 18 years of South Florida in-depth real estate experience to Condominium Concepts Management. He has an impressive background, having developed over $2 billion of new luxury condominiums in Georgia and Florida. He has extensive experience with construction, construction defects, renovations, capital improvements, and preventive maintenance programs,” Ms. Walker explained.

    She added that Mr. Hodges' exceptional skill set allows for the successful negotiation between developers, sales and marketing, and Associations/homeowners, ensuring that each party meets their fiduciary responsibility while safeguarding the physical and financial stability. Mr. Hodges is a member of the National Multi-Family Housing Council, the Institute of Real Estate Management and Community Association Institute. He received his Bachelors from Kennesaw State College and Masters Degree from Florida International University.

    Adrianne Hartman will be joining the Condominium Concepts Management South Florida team, responsible for Business Development. Ms. Hartman has over 10 years experience working with Associations/homeowners of luxury residential projects throughout the South Florida region providing effective and cost efficient consulting services. She successfully led the start up and growth of several real estate related businesses. Ms. Hartman received her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Florida International University.
