    A leading property management firm automates critical business processes.

    Condominium First Management Services Ltd., a FirstService Residential Management Company (FSR), reported an improvement in customer service and a reduction in labor costs for repetitive manual processes since deploying INFO-Tracker in 2007. Condominium First successfully implemented INFO-Tracker software to automate portions of managing Condominium Corporations and HOAs for their customers, including communication and accounting processes.     In order to improve customer service delivery, eliminate organizational bottlenecks and improve internal processes, Condominium First recognized the need for an enterprise software system (ERP) that would centralize and streamline all accounting and business information easily and effectively, delivering real-time information on demand to front-line staff as well as management. Every business function and unit within Condominium First, ranging from creation of Electronic Funds Transfers, generation of Financial Statements, processing of Arrears Letters, mailings (which is now fully automated) as well as remote office management has seen dramatic efficiencies.

    With the ability to perform any function with a few strokes of a keyboard, INFO-Tracker transformed the Condominium First business management processes, bringing with it a significant cost savings with regards to time and resources. “Now with INFO-Tracker it’s a seamless operation,” says Linda Herkert, Accounting Manager. “With the old system we were processing information in bulk where with INFO-Tracker we have total flexibility and control.”
