77-year-old congressman thinks he's Bruce Lee, wears the jumpsuit to prove it

Rep. Jim McDermott, a U.S. congressman from Seattle, Washington, is kind of excited about the Wing Luke Museum's new Bruce Lee exhibit.

How excited? In a Vine video promoting its opening, McDermott, 77, donned a yellow jumpsuit similar to the one Lee wore in his final film, "Game of Death," and also known as Uma Thurman's getup in "Kill Bill."

"The congressman is a Bruce Lee fan," Jack D'Annibale, McDermott's spokesperson, told the Washington Post.

"Do you know Bruce?" the jumpsuited congressman says into the camera, mimicking one of Lee's signature martial-art moves.

According to the paper, the museum loaned the costume to McDermott, who shot the video in his Seattle office. McDermott, who was elected to Congress in 1989, is serving in his 13th term.

The Lee exhibit opens on Saturday.
