Cops: Drunk Officer Was Found Without His Pants On Outside School
An intoxicated off-duty NYPD officer was arrested in the Bronx after he allegedly exposed himself while sitting in his car, according to police.

Officer Wayne Roach was allegedly not wearing any pants when school security went to his vehicle on Monday morning.
According to investigators, parents say they saw the 35-year-old cop just steps from the front door of the school where he was passed out drunk in his car with his head covered by his jacket, his pants off, and his penis exposed.
His alleged antics were reported to police by the school security. When cops arrived to the school, they found the transit officer with the keys to his car in the ignition.

He was charged with public lewdness and DWI. He was released on his own recognizance.
An NYPD spokesperson told INSIDE EDITION that Roach has been suspended without pay.
