    Crew Clothing Co. Launches Junior Crew, the Clothing Range for Children

    Junior Crew is the new collection from Crew Clothing. The beautifully designed range is for children aged 4 – 11. With great attention to detail and influenced by Crew’s coastal roots the collection brings a sense of adventure with traditional British values.

    The colour palette is coastal inspired, in navy, white and red, with an addition of strawberry for the girls. The quality is second to none with carbonised finishes, cotton and cashmere mixes giving the product a super-soft feel and added comfort to take on all children’s adventures. Crew Clothing’s great attention detail is brought to life within the collection, velcro closing pockets to keep treasure safe and floral trim detailing to add a unique and feminine touch to the girl’s pieces.

    To celebrate the launch Crew have teamed with Random House Children’s Books and are giving away 10 complete sets of the Swallows and Amazons collection by Arthur Ransome. Crew believe children should be children and hope to encourage them into reading and the adventure that it inspires.

    Crew Clothing started out in Salcombe in 1993, when founder Alastair Parker-Swift was running a thriving windsurfing business during the summer months. Seeing an opportunity to help fund his lifestyle Alastair sourced some navy and white rugby shirts, applied an original 93 patch to create our heritage shirt. After only 10 days trading and instant success Alastair made the decision to find premises in Cowes for the start of Cowes Week. From this, the Crew Clothing brand was born.
